In accordance with our CSR policy, local companies within a 10 mile drive of our Ruthin Head Office, and all charitable institutions receive up to a third off our rates on some services. These rates are shown in brackets, all prices exclude VAT.

Ad-hoc labour rates:

Ad-hoc hourly rate - £60 (£40)

Ad-hoc day rate – £460 (£310)

Ad-hoc half day – £240 (£160)

IT support contracts:

Bronze - 8 hours per quarter included; 10% rate discount thereafter; Priority response over non-contract customers; Free annual health-check - £140 per month (£94)

Silver - 24 hours per quarter included; 20% rate discount thereafter; Next-day response to calls logged before 2pm; Free quarterly health-check - £385 per month (£257)

Gold - 70 hours per quarter included; 30% rate discount thereafter; Same-day response to calls logged before 11am; Free quarterly health-check; an outsourced IT package - £990 per month (£660)

Platinum - Unlimited hours per quarter included as required; 40% rate discount for other projects/services; 2 hour response to calls logged before 8am to 5pm; Support 8am-8pm 7 days a week 364 days a year (every day except Christmas Day); Continuous remote monitoring; Dedicated account manager or deputy available via mobile phone & email. Platinum contract is your complete outsourced IT department - £4,400 per month (£3,000)

Unlimited web hosting – £26 (£26) per annum, or £3 (£3) per month

Non-contract remote support seat – £5 (£4) per month

Google Adwords campaign management – £150 (£100) or 15% (10%) of your ad-spend, whichever is greater

Secure UK data backup – £1 (£0.70p) per gigabyte per month, one-off setup fee of £60 (£40)

Hardware/third party re-sold items & services  - All prices on items in shop valid, 15% fee added if credit is required. All items purchased from third parties have a 15% admin charge added.

The (not so) small print:
The day rate and half day rate cover pre-booked consultancy, installation or
training time. Any ad-hoc work or additional hours will be charged at the hourly rate, including
travel time. All expenses will be re-charged in addition to these rates, as well as any parts used on a
particular job. In accordance with our CSR policy for local businesses, Ruthin and surrounding areas are eligible for a third off our service contract prices.
Mileage is charged at 45 pence per mile, hotels outside of central London not more than £90 per
person per night, central London not more than £140 per person per night.
On weekends and Bank Holidays, a surcharge of 30% is applied to all labour rates. All prices
quoted on this site exclude VAT at the current UK Standard Rate, unless otherwise stated.
If you cancel an appointment, a cancellation fee will be charge, which will be equivalent to 20% of
the anticipated labour charges for the scheduled work.
