Tengo Media offer four standard ICT service contracts: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The contracts are designed to offer savings on our standard service rates along with a priority response times.

With each contract the client effectively pre-pays for a quarter’s worth of service at a time. There is no long tie in period, and clients are free to change their plan at any time. If the contracts below do not suit your requirements, Tengo Media can create a bespoke ICT SLA (Service Level Agreement) to suit your needs.

In addition, we have a number of support options for clients just using our EPoS and BackOffice software.
