Tom Strapps | Managing Director |
Tom Strapps launched Tengo Media in 2005, and continues to lead the company forward through its rapid expansion. He gained his IT knowledge and experience through college, university and working for a number of different companies.
Tom has specialist qualifications in internet marketing and crystal reports, and with a broad knowledge of all areas of IT he fulfils most of the companies consultancy work.
Emma Stafford | Administrator |
Emma was the first full-time member of staff employed by Tengo Media when Tom started the business. Emma plays a key role as Administrator, handling accounts, office administration, sales & purchasing.
Tengo are keen to invest in staff training, and Emma is now a qualified Microsoft professional and is keen to learn some of the more technical sides of the business.

Os has played a massive part in the success of Tengo Media. His exceptional local knowledge has enabled him to gather client after client across North Wales, and it is this local client base which has helped push the company forward.
Os continues to visit potential clients, whilst also working in the office and shop dealing with customers.

An invaluable asset to the company, Julian has over 30 years experience in the IT industry working as IT Manager for a number of large companies.
Julian can offer businesses unrivalled expertise in Servers, Networks, and general network administration.

PC Repair Specialist
Tengo Media always look to employ locally wherever possible, and they don’t come much more local than Jim who lives just round the corner from our offices!
Jim is an expert in PC repair, and has also worked as an IT tutor. He has proved to be a great asset to the company in keeping up with the demand for PC and laptop repairs.

Wireless Network & CCTV Specialist
Andy is experienced in many areas of computing, and has specialist qualifications in wireless networking and the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems.
Businesses have benefited in particular from Andy’s knowledge of the installation and maintenance of Wi-Fi hotspots.

Jon Davies has taken Tengo’s website designing to the next level – his creative flair and expert coding knowledge have improved our ability to produce first class websites.

Kevan and Tom worked together long before Tengo Media started, and Tom was always keen to get him involved with his new company.
Kevan is an expert programmer and software developer, and is behind the fantastic range of software Tengo offers its clients today.

Tom’s wife Mari has been with the company from the outset as company secretary.
Mari also works part time in the office and shop to cover the absence of other members of staff.

When Tengo Media decided to expand by franchising the business, we could think of nobody better than Rod to manage the cause.
An existing client of Tengo’s, Rod has over 18 years experience in the franchise industry and is now managing all aspects of the franchise operation, from recruiting franchisees to handling the legal aspects and paperwork.
