Service Contracts
Tengo Media offer three standard ICT service contracts: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The contracts are designed to offer savings on our standard service rates along with a guaranteed response time.
With each contract the client effectively pre-pays for a quarter's-worth of service at a time. There is no long tie in period, and clients are free to change their plan at any time. If the contracts below do not suit your requirements, Tengo Media can create a bespoke ICT SLA (Service Level Agreement) to suit your needs:
Bronze
8 hours per quarter included; 10% rate discount thereafter; Priority response over non-contract customers; Free annual health-check.
£400 per quarter
Silver
24 hours per quarter included; 20% rate discount thereafter; Next-day response to calls logged before 2pm; Free quarterly health-check.
£1100 per quarter
Gold
70 hours per quarter included; 30% rate discount thereafter; Same-day response to calls logged before 11am; Free monthly health-check.
£2820 per quarter
The small print:
In accordance with our CSR policy, local businesses in Ruthin and surrounding areas are eligable for a third off our service contract rates.
Payment is due at the beginning of each quarter.
Any parts used and/or expenses incurred will be charged for at full price in addition to the labour rates, and your consent will be obtained in all cases before any parts are used.
Hourly rates are for a single engineer only, including those in service contracts.
Service contracts do not cover web design services.
All prices quoted exclude VAT. System health-check is a visit or remote session in which we check over the computers, hardware and software to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
Un-used hours at the end of any quarter cannot be carried over into subsequent quarters.
The minimum amount of time consumed for each service call will be 0.25 hours, and all calls are rounded up to the nearest 0.25 hours (15 minutes).
