Tengo Media’s specialist education support package offers solid IT advice and support, with a guarantee of no gimmicks and no pushy salespeople. A massively discounted rate of £25 p.h. applies to annual service contracts containing a set number of hours per month as follows:
1 hour per month = £25 a month (£300 p.a.)
2 hours per month = £50 a month (£600 p.a.)
4 hours per month = £100 a month (£1200 p.a.)
8 hours per month = £200 a month (£2400 p.a.)
12 hours per month = £300 a month (£3600 p.a.)
These hours can be used for any of our services, from basic IT support to consultancy, installations of new equipment, website work and more. Many schools choose to have a set weekly or fortnightly session with us, and you can also join forces and have a contract combined with another local school. The hours can be spread over the year however you wish, so use less or no time in the summer hols, use more when you need an installation or have busier times.
Our clients range from SMEs to national and multi-national organisations. Founder and MD Tom Strapps has built up a multi-skilled team of highly trained and experienced IT engineers, able to tackle the thorniest of IT issues. This focus on skills has served us well and helped Tengo Media build a solid reputation for providing honest and effective IT advice and services.
While our IT skills and services are comprehensive, the one thing you won’t find at Tengo Media is a pushy salesperson – quite simply because we don't employ one! We hope that makes a refreshing change.
Having provided a speedy, reasonably priced service to our students and staff by repairing laptops and PCs, Ruthin School decided to ask Tengo Media to install additional network points in offices and staff workrooms. This required cabling work in difficult to access areas, and the technicians had to work around the normal day to day running of the school. They did this quickly, unobtrusively, efficiently and at a very reasonable cost, therefore I would not hesitate to recommend Tengo Media for both general IT work and more complex installations.
