Submitting Support Tickets:

For clients with service contracts, you can submit support tickets through this website, and monitor our responses to your tickets on-line. Register an account with us using the link on the bottom left of the page - if you have logged in, click here to submit a support ticket.

Remote Support:

Visit www.tengo.tv/remote to install our remote support software on your computer - enter your email address as the computer description so we know who you are, and follow the instructions. The service and software is free to all customers on support contracts, for those without a contract, a remote support seat is £5 per month per machine.
